Meet Brian M. Jasper
Brian Jasper is a 2011 graduate of Mercer University School of Law (Macon, GA). He earned his juris doctorate cum laude while serving as the Chief Justice of the Honor Court and a member of the Mock Trial team. Mr. Jasper received the George Woodruff Scholarship and was awarded the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award upon graduation. Prior to law school, Mr. Jasper attended the University of Louisville where he earned a BA in Philosophy, cum laude, in 2004.
In 1992, Mr. Jasper joined the United States Army Reserves STAR program wherein he was trained as a Licensed Practical Nurse and served as a non-commissioned officer in the 5010th US Army Hospital (Louisville, Kentucky). He attended the Galen Health Institute, graduating in 1993 with honors. For 12 years he practiced nursing in Louisville and Lexington, focusing on long term care and Hospice nursing.
Mr. Jasper joined the Thomas Law Offices in January of 2019 after seven years practicing nursing home and medical malpractice litigation in Kentucky, Georgia, and Arkansas for a large national law firm. His primary area of practice is civil litigation with an emphasis on nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and other serious personal injury matters.
